NFA Bylaw 1101 Compliance

NFA Bylaw 1101 prohibits NFA members from conducting futures-related business with non-members that are required to be registered with the CFTC but have not done so. By its terms, Bylaw 1101 imposes strict liability for violations by members. This webinar will address NFA guidance on Bylaw 1101, member compliance obligations with respect to counterparties and customers, including those that claim an exemption from CFTC registration, as well as the level of diligence NFA expects of members in relation to Bylaw 1101.
